Almond meal bread

2 cups almond meal
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 -1cup real sour cream
2 TB’s olive oil
Stevia(1 TBSP)

beat eggs, sour cream,  baking soda, Stevia, salt and olive oil until smooth
add almond meal and blend with mixer
preheat oven to 400
pour mixture into greased glass pie plate
bake 20-25 minutes until done

I put some organic butter on mine!  Yumm!

**I have also made this almond meal bread with pumpkin puree, nutmeg and cinnamon- yumm! 
**  I have also started making these into muffins.  I add lots of cinnamon to make them extra yummy!
