Fruit smoothies

Fresh or frozen berries(I use frozen mixed berries) 
Plain yogurt or real whipping cream(optional)
Stevia(1-2 tsp optional)
I put 1 cup of hot water in to help melt the frozen berries

Blend and drink up!

If you want to make some extra topping just put whipping cream in a bowl and blend it until stiff.  Add to the top!
