So what can I eat?

The anti-fungal plan that I use is from Doug Kaufmann.
This is called "Phase One".
It is the strictest of the three phases.
It is NOT forever!
Just until the fungal overgrowth has been taken care of.
Here is the list of approved foods. If it's not on can't eat or drink it!

FRUITs:    all berries(these have a natural anti-fungal property), grapefruit, lemon, lime, green apples, avocado, fresh coconut

MEATS:  virtually all nitrate free unprocessed meat including fish, poultry and grass-fed beef

VEGETABLES:  Most fresh vegetables and _freshly_ made vegetable juice (no bottled or canned juices!)

BEVERAGES:  Bottled or filtered water, non-fruity herbal teas, stevia sweetened fresh lemonade or limeade, freshly squeezed carrot juice (SPARINGLY!)

I squeeze lots of lemons!

VINEGAR:  apple cider vinegar

(use the following very sparingly: cream cheese, unsweetened whipping cream, real sour cream)
