Beef Florentine

 Here is what we had for supper tonight.

Beef florentine


1 lb grass fed ground beef
1 large bag (16 oz) frozen, chopped spinach 
1 block real cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions (or you can use ~ 1 Tbsp onion powder)
black pepper to taste

Does not look that great but it is tasty!
Brown beef in skillet. Add onions & cook til tender (med-high heat). Dump frozen spinach into pan & stir til cooked. Add block of cream cheese & stir til everything is covered & creamy. 
Add black pepper (or other spices) to taste.

Now, if I could just figure out what to put with it!  It really needed some bread!  Oh, well....

I think this would be good with broccoli as well. 
 It has a very good "cheesy" flavor and is VERY filling.

what about a bed of brown rice?
or inside an omelette - LOL (kidding about the eggs!)
