Benefits of Grapefruit Seed Extract

1. Broad Spectrum

*** The liquid concentrate is VERY bitter...I mean knock your socks off bitter!  Dilute 10-20 drops in water or fresh lemon water with stevia, hold your nose and chug!  You can also gargle with it if you have a soar throat.  Because of it's bitterness, I can't quite seem to get my kids to drink it!  (Wonder why?!)  So I also buy the tablets or capsules.  

***I but the capsules for my 5 year old daughter who can't swallow pills yet. I break them open and sprinkle the GSE in some fresh OJ every morning.  Make sure it's the Vegan Tablets and not the Defense
