A new favorite in our house these days and super easy!
1 pound organic chicken breast cut into cubes (more if larger family)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/8 cup Sesame oil
1/4 cup Garlic stir fry oil
1 cup Coconut Aminos
Vegetables
**these are estimates as I don't measure...I just pour some in!***
In a large sauce pan mix all the oils and Aminos together. Add chicken. Cook on medium-medium high heat until chicken is done. Add any vegetables you like!

I have found Coconut Aminos at Whole Foods, Earth Fare, and The Vitamin Shoppe. I don't know what I did the past 2 years without it!

At age 35, I suffered an immune system collapse and had to go on a strict yeast-free diet. My problems lasted several years and I've always had some "left-over side effects," especially as I age (I'm 61). But God has taught me so much through all of it, and I continue to learn. Health is a difficult thing to lose. Bless you as you fight the fungus.

I'm about to start this diet. I have rheumatoid arthritis lupus and hoshimotos. I'm 33 with an8 year old daughter. I'm looking forward to using ur receipes. I have failed after 3 weeks 3 times before bc of horrible die off. Please pray for me to get thru it and heal!
